1. SITE DOCUMENTS  FOLDER

2. ADD NEW FOLDER - Enter the folder name and then click on the blue plus sign. 

3. ALL FILES - This is a list of all the files added to the SITE DOCUMENTS.  Use this folder when you use the search function (items 5 noted below).

4. DOCUMENT - Click on the document name to download the document.  This can be viewed by both you & your contractors. 

5. SEARCH - Search for file 

6. FOLDER NAME - the name is in two places on the page. 

7. DELETE FOLDER -  When you Delete a folder you also delete all the file in the folder.  Only the Project Manager can delete a Folder.

8.  "X"  -  Only the Project Manager can delete files. Click the  "X" to delete a file.  When you upload a document and email will be sent to all the contacts you have added to your project notifying them that a document has been deleted.  
NOTE: Only one email is sent per day. 

9. UPLOAD - ONLY YOU (the Project Manager) can upload documents.  3 option to upload documents.    When you upload a document and email will be sent to all the contacts you have added to your project notifying them that a document has been added.

10. SEARCH TRACKING - You  can search for file & the date items where added or deleted 

11. COMMENTS - Add the comment to the tracking register.  These items can be viewed by both you & your contractors. 

12. TRACKING - This is a Document register.   Site Box will keep track of date a document was added or deleted. 

13. TRACKING DELETE /EDIT - The Project Manager can delete or edit items on the Tracking register.
